The minister, who is on three-day visit to northern Cabinda province, announced this Wednesday at the meeting he held with businessmen linked to the forest field.
He said that he had met with the lumber association in Luanda and asked them for some patience as everything is being done to ensure the start of the year of forest.
Marcos Nhunga stressed the need for sustainable management of forest resources for future generations and seized the occasion to ask for understanding of entrepreneurs.
During his stay in Cabinda, Nhunga will visit some projects in the municipality of Buco-Zau, with stress to the communes of Necuto and Tando Zinze in Cabinda Municipality.
Friday the minister will work in the commune of Cacongo.
